I had a chat today with Dennis Gannon and Beth Plale about their LEAD project.  This is a weather and tornado simulation Grid infrastructure project that links data archives and feeds with HPC simulations, and so bears some resemblances to what we will do with iSERVO.  I put copies of their NSF project proposal and some subsequent project documentation that they are putting together here:

I assume this will provide some reasonable references for the iSERVO proposal.
