The Fast Multipole Library contained in directory t17-7 was 
developed by John Salmon of Sandpiper Networks, Inc. and 
Michael Warren of Los Alamos National Laboratory. If you 
download this material you are requested to notify the 
following three people, giving the information in the short 
form below. If you pass these programs on to someone else, 
please give them this file as well and request that they 
comply with our request to be informed of who has the 
programs. This will allow us to know who is using it and 
also allow us to notify you if we find bugs that are serious 
enough to affect computed results.
